Information about the Calendar
The calendar below (activated when clicking on the ‘Calendar’ icon) indicates when the hall is for hire and when it is booked. However, please note that this can change on a regular basis and so is only a guide. Therefore, you are advised to contact the Bookings Secretary for actual confirmation of availability. Contact details are set out below and also on our Contact Us page.
Considerations when making your booking
When thinking about your booking, please consider if any ‘setting-up’ and ‘clearing-up’ time is required as this must be booked and paid for at normal rates. A deposit of 10% of the hire charges will secure your booking, with the balance due one month before the event.
All bookings are subject to our ‘Conditions of Hire’ which will be made available at the time of hire.
To activate the calendar to check availability, please click on the ‘Calendar’ icon below which will open in a separate browser. You are able to browse for up to 12 months ahead to check on specific dates and times available. Please note that the calendar updates only once every day at a specific time and is therefore not a ‘live’ or real-time view. But for confirmation that the venue is still showing available for your specific booking you are advised to contact the Bookings Secretary – contact details below.
