Main Hall
Please note that we have made a slight increase in the Hall charges with effect from the 1st April 2023. The charges are inclusive of all Hall facilities and equipment. Charges will be reviewed on an annual basis. The hire charges listed below are effective from 1st April 2023.

NOTE: Hire of the Main Hall can include the Dampier Room free of charge if it has not already been booked and is requested at the time of booking.

All Bookings
‘Setting-up’ and ‘clearing-up’ time must be booked and paid for at normal rates. All bookings are subject to our ‘Conditions of Hire’ which will be made available.
Security Deposits
These are charged as follows:
| Any event where alcohol is to be served | £ 150 |
| Children’s parties | £ 50 |
Security deposits are refunded as soon as possible after a booking, provided that all terms of the hire conditions have been adhered to.
Deposits paid by cheque are refunded by BACS.

Other Facilities
Use of crockery is free (125 place settings).
Cutlery can be hired. Please ask the Bookings Secretary.
Special stage lighting and sound equipment can also be arranged.
